• CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER of the RK Manwong Criminology Solutions (RKMCS) for academic consultancy on assessment and accreditation. Manages the consulting firm for nationwide criminology assessment.

• CHIEF CONVENER on certificates and diplomas of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Academy (LEAPS Academy), the first private specialized training institute for law enforcement studies in the Philippines.
