Project Management
The Security Leaders that are in certain locations and in various fields of interest are in active mode managing down the line specific projects (jobs and objectives). Some projects are coded orange alert; others are purple and perhaps there are not so many at green status as there were in previous years.

Smart and Successful practitioners ensure that they are relevant just as ‘surgeons’ need to be because they both hold the lives of others in their hands. Surgeons that are reluctant to add robotic surgery to their skill sets will be shortly made redundant.

One can identify a security leader is by their two attributes being their critical thinking ability and level of situational awareness. There is a saying which is true ”it takes one to know one”. [Critical Thinking Intelligence]
