Also, one has to keep their eyes open for a new form of Pro-Jihad attack that has not yet been experienced that could lead to major issues. Could the insider threat be working on their own or in concert with others either voluntarily or under duress. If someone is identified because they are being bullied and blackmailed, then consider that the insider threat can be discovered through them to perhaps uncovering the culprits.

It is suggested that Cross-skill training of key personnel is vital because if temporary staff need to be employed then consider the costs in screening the staff besides applicable and relevant re-training. Having said such, specific security training is applicable and relevant.
