Can you identify?

People that talk about other people's personal lives

A person that has a crush on someone

A person that dislikes somebody else

A gambler

People that are being abused

People that are being bullied, blackmailed or extorted

The insider threat, if they are working on their own, in concert with others either voluntarily or under duress?

People that need medication or are on something?

Do you do it necessary?

  • When do you watch the news? Why do you have to be in touch with the moment of the day?
  • Watching reality crime channels?
  • When do you manage other's emotions? 24/7
  • Participate at workshops with other professionals to know what is happening on the ground in their region of interest
  • Aware of current challenges and in a constant state of learning how to mitigate new challenges
  • Self investment into soft skill development education in-line with current challenges

What is most important to you?

How and why is it important to gather usable, reliable and all the information from people on the ground?

When you do not know what is truly happening on the ground - you are unaware of the true situation and threats in theater. When you are unaware of the situation then you cannot make a decision and then not reacting. Expect collateral damage

  • Your risk plan is outdated
  • Cannot manage projects
  • Continuously feeling disappointed or betrayed by others and blame others for your situation

People are not forthcoming with information for a number of reasons and lie, hide or volunteer information for their own agenda.

It may be what you know about others that provide you the edge! Professionals need to have the edge over others as, ''Security success depends on the level of situational awareness of the decision makers on the ground and reaction speed'' by ISIO endorsing HIM Human Investigation Management (The easiest and most effective method to acquire the skill-sets and to master the skill-craft of a true professional)
