Operating Income Increases 49% and Net Income Increases 32% Compared with the Third Quarter of 2003-

November , 2004 - Magal Security Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq NM:MAGS; TASE:MAGS) today announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine-month period ended September 30, 2004.

Revenues for the third quarter of 2004 reached US$15.3 million, a slight decrease of 0.4 percent compared with the third quarter of 2003 and an increase of 5 percent over the second quarter of 2004.

Gross profit for the third quarter of 2004 reached US$6.8 million (44.7 percent of revenues), an increase of 7 percent over the third quarter of 2003 and an increase of 5 percent compared with second quarter of 2004.

Mango DSP raises $1.5m [21 May 06 ]

The company is set to announce the signing of an agreement with a Fortune 100 listed company, which will substantially boost 2006 sales.

As predicted in “Globes” several weeks ago, processing hardware manufacturer Mango DSP announced today that it closed a $1.5 million financing round. Mango DSP was founded in 1996 and has raised $12 million to date. NICE Systems Delivers a Record Second Quarter with 35.3% Revenue Growth

Sets new highs with record pro-form gross and operating margins, translating into pro-forma net income growth of 99.6%

Ra’anana, Israel, August 02, 2006 - NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE), the global provider of advanced solutions that enable organizations to extract Insight from Interactions™ to drive performance, today announced results for the second quarter of 2006.

Second quarter 2006 revenue was a record $97.7 million, representing a 35.3% increase from $72.2 million in the second quarter of 2005.

Pro-forma gross profit in the second quarter was a record $58.4 million, or 59.8% pro-forma gross margin, up from $40.9 million, or 56.7% gross margin in the second quarter 2005.
